It has to be one of the coolest looking limo’s I have seen… a Ferrari 360 Modena stretch. Could you just imagine rolling up to a swanky party in this? Forget the stretched out Hummers with this bad-boy up for grabs.

However, Ferrari don’t share my thoughts that it’s cool and have decided to give the car builder, Dan Crawley, a kicking in the law courts if he doesn’t remove all the Ferrari symbols, names and distinguishing marks.

The Italian firm claim that the freshly-stretched Modena is no longer a Ferrari due to the extensive modifications and the fact that it has symbols and names on the car that verges on copyright infringement.

The maker of the stretched out 360, Limo Dan, has other ideas on the matter. He claims he paid for a Ferrari and even though he has modified the car, it still remains a Ferrari. He also states that since the car is his property he can do whatever he wants to it – we have to agree with him on that.

So if it was up to you to decide who wins, which way would you go?
