How could I refuse an invite to the Ace Café to drool over some high end motors and drink some of the finest tea available in North West London?
Supporting car clubs and meets is what we do. We like heading along and checking out the cars, chatting with the members, and grabbing some great footage to share with you guys. Petrolhead Nirvana was a meet that I would suggest is definitely worth checking out, no matter what car you drive.
The cars on display were above the usual standard, and there were more raging bulls and prancing horses on display than at the local Park Lane dealership.
With such high end rides on display you may automatically think the drivers could be a little snooty. But this wasn’t the case with these guys, as everyone seemed more than willing to mingle and talk cars. We were even lucky enough to get spaces in the car park for our fine Japanese imports.
The highlight for me was the chilled atmosphere and being able to get up close and personal to cars worth more than my flat.
Check out our video footage to see the drivers giving the loud pedal a good blasting. The last minute is engine noise only, so be prepared to give your ear drums a blasting with the sound of V12’s and tyre squeals.
