Step away from the GT-R
It’s pretty common knowledge that Nissan didn’t want the GT-R to be messed with by the tuning market. We felt that was a tad harsh, and cheered firms like Garage Defend as they rolled out examples that flicked ‘the bird’ to the men in suits.
However, we’re not too sure about the latest in illicit R35 tuned-ness from styling firm Arios. The company has a moody looking black GT-R that has been treated to an all-round carbon-fibre lip kit and rear wing, fully complemented by a set of 20-inch Rays GT30 rims – they look pretty fly.
The standard seats have been cast aside for some Bride jobbies - a good choice - maybe not in red, though? The steering wheel, with all it’s buttons and function settings has been removed and replaced with an OMP wheel – which looks as cheap as an eBay bargain.

So did Nissan have a point in trying to keep the tuners off the GT-R?
What do you think about styling on the mighty Nissan – could you do a better job in Photoshop?
Whoever posts up the best design we’ll send you some Motoraddicts car graphics – get busy yo!
