After storms washed out test sessions on the Friday night, the Palmyra Dragway team did a great job of bringing the track up for last Saturday's 2007 Sunstate Nationals. The Central Australian Drag Racing Association is making great progress with the new Alice Springs Inland Dragway. It was a battle of experience versus youth in the Top Fuel final with Phil Read defeating fresh-faced Amanda Shepherd in a closely fought run.
