I have gone for Vision Stylings, 'St.Tropez' front and rear racing aprons, with the front and rear lower splitters.
I am still looking at side skirts and have not decided which ones will suit the car.
Pictures on the way, will keep you posted.
I have solved the starting problem with a helping hand from Matt and his volt-meter, a bad connection from the alternator to the battery was'nt delivering enough charge so leaving it under powered on start ups.
A simple tighten up of a few nuts and 'touch wood' she is running fine...
The Gti was also treated to a polish using Auto Glym Super resin, looks alot better. Easy to apply using the polish sponge and easy to take off.
Needs a second application as it has been neglected over the past months.

Colour change
Engine rebuild - or converstion
Add in gauges
Custom dash
