Windsor Cruise
This month at our regular meet not everything went to plan.
We had hoped to head into the smoke to create some noise in the city’s tunnels and capture our epic adventure on tape. Despite the excellent show of cars at the meet point, we only had a handful of takers who wanted to go and rattle the capital's foundations.
A tough decision was called for so I took the hit squarely on the chin and decided that we’d save the route for another time when the numbers were stronger. It totally sucked and I was gutted.
Never one to be down for too long, I headed over to Windsor and a spot just round the corner from one of the Queen's castles to check out the cruise that has had forums lit up like Christmas trees over the past few months.
We arrived at the location at about 7.30pm and the place was heaving with everyone’s whips. The normally sedate car park in the Queen’s manor was a mass of modified motors and up-for-it car fans.

Burnouts, wheels and Full Race’s flame spitting 450bhp Pulsar provided the night’s entertainment. A massive thanks goes out to TommyD and his girl for handing out Motoraddicts graphics to nearly everyone at the cruise.
So, if you’re stuck with nothing to do on a Sunday then you could do a lot worse than taking a spin past the Queen’s gaff and getting down to the Windsor Cruise. Check out our video adventure…
