Firmly established as the UK's answer to the Le Mans 24 Hour endurance race, the annual Britcar 24 Hours at Silverstone delivers all the thrills and spills of racing twice around the clock.

The event has grown in popularity year after year and, as in 2007, fans will be overwhelmed by this colourful and adrenaline-fuelled 24 hour endurance epic.

Endurance racing is at its most dramatic when night falls and Silverstone will be alive with blazing headlights during its only night race of the season.

More than 80 GT and Touring Cars will be racing at Silverstone, including a wealth of Porsches, Ferraris and BMWs, as drivers and pit crews battle through day and night for overall victory.

In addition to the main race, spectators will be treated to a host of on-track action from a breathtaking line-up of support races, including Mini Championship, the Sports 2000 Championship, the Porsche Club Championship, Porsche Open and the final of the Formula Palmer Audi Championship.
